After work, I ran an errand and then volunteered for Obama. YES! I called people to recruit them for volunteering. It was fun, I saw some people I knew, and made some new friends. All in all, a good day.

First Day
Today was my first day in my new position at Halls. I'm the Merchandising Assistant for the buyers for Couture and Fine Jewelry. There was so much to learn today! I called a vendor, entered purchase orders, proofed and confirmed orders, am doing end of month reports, editing vendor files, etc all on the first day! Yipee skipee. I'm going to be busy! Plus, I totally dig my 9-5 schedule...leaving early is such a blessing that I forgot I came in an hour early.
